All Bikram fanatics love this class! This Hatha based series is suitable for all levels, incorporating 26 poses & 2 breathing exercised done in a room heated by infrared panels. The temperature can go up to 42 degrees Celsius. The class is designed to balance & strengthen the glandular system, improve blood circulation & the muscular / nervous system. This discipline is very popular too because it also helps to lose weight. *Calcutta style: You may leave at the 60-min mark if you are unable to stay for the full 90-min session. 1st timers are recommended to stay for the full 90 mins

The class focuses on deepening the postures from the Bikram beginner's series. Every class will have a different focus (e.g. hip opening, back bending, twisting, inversions, etc.) so it is never always the same. This class requires no advanced skills, but you should be comfortable practicing Bikram beginner's series.

84 Traditional

This class runs for 120 mins with postures done at a much faster pace. Unlike the beginner's class where you get to try each pose twice & hold it for up to a minute, the 84 Traditional class only gives you one good try & then you move on. All the 26 Bikram beginner's postures & a fixed set of additional advanced postures including arm balances, splits, hip openers, lotus series, headstand, stronger backbends are included.

The class is a beautiful balance starting with a steady practice matching movement and breath, heart with lungs. Your teacher will create a fluid unique sequence with a primary focus on generating internal heat through breath, sun salutations, balance, and strength. Once you are warm, muscles primed, you will transition into a sweet surrender of restorative yoga postures and the use of props to allow your mind and body to unwind. All levels welcome.

Heavy Metal Yoga

Yin & Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. A Yin & Yang yoga class will often start dynamically (Yang) and end with longer held poses to relax and calm the nervous system. The sequencing of the class can have a powerful effect on your energy levels and how you feel after class. The two practices combined will help you to reset and rebalance.

Cielo Pilates

Cielo means heaven, in Spanish. This class is done outdoors (if weather permits). Facing the heavens in the sky while using the special SoundOffTM system, participants wear a wireless headset through which the instructor cues as well as music--played at whatever volume you like. This an amazing mat* workout that strengthens muscles & burns fat using low impact movements. It is designed for all fitness levels and is loved by both men & women as a complement to Bikram yoga. *Remember to bring your own mat.
